1. Contact Us – Call us today to make your booking or inquiry into your new kitchen or renovation project.
2. On-site Design Consultation – We come to your home to view and discuss your ideas and options available for your project. We will draft the design and then go back to our office to work out the costings proposal. Please note: A call out fee of $150 is applicable to all onsite consultations, which will be credited to your project costing once you go ahead.
3. If you have selected the 3d design offer for $395, we will design and generate your 3d design and general pricing.
4. 3d Design presentation & Materials Selection – Once we have designed your kitchen, we will invite you to our showroom to view your kitchen in 3d so we can show you what your investment will look like. Giving you the ability to visualize your new kitchen before it is started and this is a great opportunity to make any changes.
5. Final design & proposal – at this point, we finalize the design after making any necessary changes and prepare your finalized pricing and specifications ready to be considered by you.
6. Deposit, Contract & sign off on design – once you have decided to take the next step, we prepare all necessary documents, QBCC insurance and contract for the works to be undertaken. We will detail each drawing for you to sign off on. At this point we will apply a credit to your project for the consultation fees.
7. On-site Check measure – Our Project Manager will arrange a site visit to triple check the measurements and specifications will work prior to manufacture, avoiding costly issues and preventing any inconvenience to you during the process.
8. Delivery & Installation – Once we have confirmed all the details and set the project into production, we will book your installation date and details with you.
9. Final inspection & Handover – After the installation and detailing has been completed, our project Manager will arrange to visit you and go through the new kitchen, providing technical information, warranty documents and checking over your project to ensure it meets our strict standards and once satisfied, a handover certificate will be issued to you also.
10. Congratulations, you now have ownership of your brand new designer kitchen and this is only the beginning of your investment. We will be available at any time to provide after sales support and assistance, just a phone call or email away.
